We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with practical experience in AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs and manage databases using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services and third-party APIs.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and prototyping.
- Write clean, maintainable code and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage source code using Git and participate in code reviews and deployment.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with REST APIs, database optimization, responsive design, and Git.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Hands-on familiarity with Vibe Coding tools such as Lovable, Base44, and Google Antigravity.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and application development.
- Ability to validate and optimize AI-generated code while maintaining quality, security, and performance.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
