Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Service Engineer with hands-on field experience in troubleshooting, servicing, testing, and maintenance of LT and HT electrical control panels. The candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues at customer sites, ensuring reliable panel operation, and providing timely after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair LT and HT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, control panels, and associated electrical systems.
- Conduct site inspections, fault diagnosis, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults related to circuit breakers, contactors, relays, protection systems, and control circuits.
- Attend customer complaints and provide prompt technical support at project sites.
- Perform electrical testing and verify panel functionality and safety.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, and the manufacturing department to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer feedback reports.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in servicing and troubleshooting LT and HT electrical panels.
- Practical knowledge of electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, protection relays, circuit breakers, and control circuits.
- Experience in panel testing, commissioning, and fault finding.
- Positive problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations and project sites.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to work at industrial and infrastructure sites are preferred.

Key Requirement

This is a field-oriented role requiring frequent travel to customer locations across India. Candidates must be comfortable with site visits, troubleshooting under field conditions, and providing timely service support.
