- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Assist in space planning, design development, and presentations.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and design standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
- Positive communication, coordination, and design skills.
- Experience in residential or real estate projects will be preferred.
