We are seeking compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. The selected candidates will support clients with daily living activities, maintain their comfort and safety, and promote their overall physical and emotional well-being while following the prescribed care plans.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate patience, empathy, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to caring for elderly, bedridden, and dependent patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support client mobility, including walking assistance and safe transfers between beds, chairs, and other locations.
- Monitor and record vital signs as instructed and within the candidate's training and authorised scope of practice.
- Assist with medication administration according to medical instructions, care plans, and applicable professional requirements.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and compassionate personal care.
- Assist clients with feeding, hydration, and nutritional needs.
- Maintain personal hygiene and ensure cleanliness in the client's immediate environment.
- Follow assigned care plans and promptly report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the supervisor.
- Accompany clients to hospitals or medical appointments whenever required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of caregiving activities,



observations, and interventions performed.
- Ensure the client's dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety throughout the care period.

Types of Care and Working Arrangements

Day Care

- Provide personal care and assistance during the assigned daytime shift.
- Support clients with daily activities, meals, mobility, and personal hygiene.

Night Care

- Provide care and assistance during the assigned night shift.
- Monitor client comfort and safety and respond to care needs as required.

Live-In Care

- Stay at the client's residence to provide ongoing care and support according to the agreed care arrangement.
- Assist with daily living activities and follow the assigned care plan.
- Food and accommodation are provided at the client's residence.
- Working hours, rest periods, and responsibilities will be determined by the agreed employment arrangement.

Eligibility and Qualifications

- Minimum educational qualification: SSLC.
- Certification in General Duty Assistant (GDA), Caregiving, Nursing Assistance, or an equivalent skill-based programme is preferred.
- Candidates holding ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing qualifications may also apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience caring for elderly, bedridden, or dependent patients will be an added advantage.

7. Salary and Advantages

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on the assigned role, qualifications, experience, and care arrangement.
