Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with labour and contractors, and ensure interior work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site activities, including civil work, POP/gypsum ceiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and tile work.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
- Monitor work quality, material consumption, and labour productivity.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project schedule.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and proper material management.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Follow site safety rules and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Check work completion, finishing quality, and snag rectification before handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior execution and site supervision.
- Knowledge of civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, POP/gypsum, and painting.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQ.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and project scheduling.
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field will be preferred.

Salary

As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
