Role Overview

We are looking for a Mobile Analytics Engineer to troubleshoot mobile app tracking issues, validate attribution integrations, and ensure accurate event tracking across mobile applications and web journeys. The role involves hands-on debugging of Branch and Firebase SDKs, investigating tracking discrepancies, and coordinating with marketing, product, and technical teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate tracking issues, including missing events, data mismatches, broken links, and attribution discrepancies.
- Reproduce user journeys across mobile apps and websites to identify tracking failures and funnel drop-offs.
- Test and debug deep links, tracking links, and mobile attribution configurations.
- Monitor Branch integrations with Meta, Google Ads, and other advertising partners; investigate disconnections and data gaps.
- Validate mobile SDKs and data layers before and after critical releases across different markets.




- Use Xcode and Android Studio to debug app behaviour and trace events through Branch and Firebase SDKs.
- Maintain documentation of tracking configurations, recurring issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with campaign specialists and technical teams, escalating complex issues that require architectural or cross-team changes.

Required Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in mobile analytics, app tracking, mobile attribution, or a related technical support role.
- Working knowledge of mobile measurement and attribution platforms, preferably Branch.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) app tracking.
- Practical exposure to Xcode and/or Android Studio for mobile debugging.
- Understanding of app tracking configurations for advertising platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to investigate issues systematically and explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
