Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.

- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare client updates as required.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.

- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and escalations in a timely manner.

- Support revenue growth and client retention initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.
