5–10 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Retail Banking, Relationship Management.

- Lead and mentor a team of Client Associates.
- Build a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Coach team members in all areas of relationship management to achieve exceptional performance.

Client Experience
- Resolve critical client escalations.
- Improve turnaround times and service quality.
- Maintain high client satisfaction standards.
Operational Excellence
- Design and improve client servicing processes.
- Ensure seamless coordination across Goal Planning, Tax, Estate Planning, Compliance, Operations, and Business Solutions.
- Drive process automation wherever possible.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
