Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding clinic services and treatments.
- Explain aesthetic treatments, services, packages, and appointment details to clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic staff.
- Follow up with customers and confirm appointments.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain client records.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer support, or clinic experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
