Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to develop, customize, integrate, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for automating business processes, optimizing CRM workflows, integrating third-party applications, and developing customized solutions to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Zoho applications, Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho Suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Books, and Zoho One.
- Create custom functions, workflows,



and automation solutions using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and internal systems using REST APIs and JSON.
- Customize CRM modules, layouts, fields, reports, dashboards, and business processes according to organizational requirements.
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML and CSS wherever required.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Optimize existing CRM systems and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational requirements and implement suitable solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and customized applications.
- Research new technologies and features related to CRM optimization, cloud telephony, and business automation.
