We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong backend development fundamentals and good frontend development skills to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across backend services, databases, REST APIs, and frontend interfaces to build and enhance scalable business applications.

Candidates with experience in Phoenix Framework, Ruby on Rails, or Java, along with knowledge of Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL, are encouraged to apply. We value strong technical fundamentals and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance both backend services and frontend application features.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including queries, joins, indexing, and transactions.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Troubleshoot bugs, debug application issues, and improve overall performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Contribute to backend architecture, database design, API development, and frontend enhancements.
- Adapt to existing codebases and learn current frameworks and technologies as required.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in backend development using Phoenix Framework, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
- Good knowledge of Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.




- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including complex queries, joins, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
- Good understanding of REST API development, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of database design, backend architecture, and application development principles.
- Ability to work on both backend development and frontend enhancements.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand existing systems, adapt to new technology stacks, and deliver solutions efficiently.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong backend development fundamentals and practical PostgreSQL experience.
- Direct experience with Elixir/Phoenix Framework would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Experience developing enterprise applications or business software platforms.
- Familiarity with application performance optimization, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
