As Chai Waale continues its rapid expansion, we're looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced Area Managers to join our Operations Team.
If you're someone who enjoys leading teams, driving operational excellence, and managing multiple outlets in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets
✅ Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
✅ Manage store teams, including scheduling, performance, and discipline
✅ Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
✅ Monitor Cost of Goods (COGs) and ensure operational KPI compliance
✅ Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards
✅ Lead new store openings, including recruitment and onboarding of staff
✅ Coordinate effectively between store teams and the Head Office
✅ Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained
✅ Prepare and submit sales, audit, and performance reports to management

Who We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in QSR, F&B;, or Retail Operations
Strong leadership, team management,



and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive operational improvements and contribute innovative ideas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel across assigned locations (Company bike provided)
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to operational excellence
Open to both male and female candidates
