1. Patient Financial Counselling: Explain estimated treatment costs, deposits, payment planning and potential additional expenses to patients and attendants.

2. Cost Estimation & Doctor Coordination: Coordinate with treating doctors and Billing to understand the treatment plan and communicate indicative cost estimates.

3. Billing & Insurance Coordination: Work with IPD Billing, Corporate & TPA and Ayushman Desk to explain billing, insurance coverage, scheme eligibility and out-of-pocket expenses.

4. Financial Assessment & Assistance: Identify financially distressed patients and facilitate eligible assistance or discount requests through the authorized approval process.

5. Government Scheme Guidance: Guide eligible patients regarding Ayushman Bharat and other applicable schemes, documentation and approvals.

6. Deposit & Discharge Counselling: Explain interim bills, outstanding deposits, final bills, insurance deductions and payment obligations.

7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain counselling, estimate, assistance and follow-up records and submit reports to the reporting manager.

8. Patient Support & Compliance:



Resolve financial queries empathetically, coordinate with relevant departments and maintain confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
