1. Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects related to die moulding, fixture manufacturing, machining, and other engineering operations. The candidate will ensure timely project completion, quality standards, effective resource utilization, and coordination between departments.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and execute engineering projects as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, design, quality, purchase, and maintenance departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Follow up on project activities, material availability, and production schedules.
- Maintain project reports, daily work updates, and progress records.
- Identify project delays and take corrective actions in consultation with management.
- Ensure quality standards and customer specifications are followed.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machines, and other project resources.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers whenever required.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and report progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and workplace discipline.




- Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost control.

3. Educational Qualification

- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant engineering experience and practical project coordination skills may also apply.

4. Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in project management, production coordination, or engineering operations preferred.
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge and coordination skills may be considered.

- Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
