This position is offered under LinkPoint IT Consulting and Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, based in Calicut, Kerala. The selected candidate will work on business operations and projects associated with Ultra Stream Technologies LLC, a UAE-based company.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator Intern. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with clients, collect feedback, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure that leads are followed up on time and no potential business opportunities are missed.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales coordination, customer communication, lead tracking, and corporate interaction with a UAE-based company.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact clients through phone calls to collect feedback and updates.
- Follow up with sales team members regarding leads that have not been contacted or followed up on.
- Identify missed or unattended leads and contact the respective salespersons to obtain updates on their status.
- Maintain and regularly update an Excel sheet to track lead status, follow-up updates, pending actions, and feedback.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management.
- Communicate professionally with clients and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Prepare regular updates on pending leads, missed follow-ups, and feedback received.
- Support the sales team in improving follow-up efficiency and ensuring that potential business opportunities are not overlooked.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills and fluency are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A proactive attitude with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work closely with the sales team.
