- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eye hospital and vision centres.
- Supervise hospital staff and ensure proper duty allocation and attendance.
- Coordinate with OPD, OT, optical, diagnostic, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Ensure quality patient care and a smooth patient flow.
- Monitor patient registration, consultation, surgery scheduling, and discharge processes.
- Manage staff performance and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor operational expenses, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Maintain hospital records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Monitor operational targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, HR, finance, and senior management.
- Support the implementation of quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
