We are hiring Experience Biometric Machine Engineer/ Bio Face Reader Engineer/Access Control System Engineer in South Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations to diagnose and resolve technical Issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, Biometric Machine, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
- Provide technical support for operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Perform regular maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment inspections.
- Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with the internal IT team to resolve complex problems.
- Explain technical solutions to customers and provide basic user training.

Required Skills

. Two Wheeler bike is mandatory

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Understanding of Biometric Machine, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.




- Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at client locations.
- Customer-service orientation and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

- ITI Diploma or BCA degree in ( HARDWARE AND Networking) IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- ITI or relevant technical certification may also be considered, depending on the role.
