- Manager – Multi-State Co-operative SocietyOrganization: Kairali Agriculture Multi State Co-operative Society Ltd.Job Title: ManagerDepartment: Administration / Operations / Business DevelopmentJob Location: As per branch requirementJob SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, experienced, and target-oriented Manager to oversee branch operations, manage employees, develop business, and ensure the smooth functioning of the society in accordance with applicable co-operative laws, rules, and organizational policies.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate branch employees and field staff.
- Develop business strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Promote savings schemes, recurring deposits, and other approved financial products of the society.
- Increase membership and build strong relationships with shareholders and customers.
- Monitor collections, deposits, business performance, and branch reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently.




- Coordinate with head office and senior management regarding business and operational matters.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit procedures.
- Identify recent business opportunities and improve branch performance.

Qualifications

- Any degree from a recognized university.
- qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Management is an added advantage.
- Experience in banking, co-operative societies, finance, sales, or branch management is preferred.
