Sales Engineer
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial automation products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, OEMs, industrial clients, and system integrators.
- Promote and sell industrial automation products, including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMI, sensors, drives, and control panels.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and service teams to provide suitable automation solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports,



and sales pipeline updates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of automation products such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMI, sensors, VFDs/drives, and control panels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
- An MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silvassa, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
