1. Job Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials and components as per quality standards.
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing.
- Inspect finished products such as fans, coolers, switches and other electrical products.
- Identify product defects and take corrective actions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and rejection records.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Dispatch departments to resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor product rejection, rework and scrap levels.
- Ensure proper use and calibration of quality testing instruments.
- Support new product development (NPD) and product testing.
- Maintain QC documentation and follow company SOPs.

5. Job Objective

To ensure that all incoming materials, manufacturing processes and finished products meet company quality standards while reducing rejection, rework, production losses and customer complaints.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
