We work across property discovery, property listings, client coordination, property onboarding, sales support, and on-ground real estate activities. Our team works closely with clients and property owners to understand requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee to support our team in different areas of real estate operations. The candidate will get practical exposure to pre-sales, property onboarding, client coordination, property listings, field activities, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the team with daily real estate activities and assigned tasks.
- Assist with pre-sales calls and understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Assist in onboarding new properties.
- Collect and update basic property details.
- List properties on real estate portals and company platforms.
- Follow up with clients and property owners through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist with email communication and regular follow-ups.




- Support the team during property visits and field activities when required.
- Collect property photos, details, and other information during field visits.
- Maintain basic records, trackers, and property information.
- Coordinate with different teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Learn and support various day-to-day activities of the real estate business.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to work with different teams.
- Comfortable with both office and field work.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Internship to Full-Time Opportunity

Candidates who perform well during the internship may be considered for a full time opportunity with Zorba Estates based on performance and business requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
