We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Backend Executive to support the day-to-day backend operations of BASICS Menswear Exclusive Brand Outlets across the retail network. The role involves retail order processing, inventory coordination, stock replenishment, warehouse dispatch follow-ups, ERP/CRM management, and sales reporting to ensure smooth and productive retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Retail Operations & Order Management
• Process retail stock orders, replenishment requests, and store fill-up orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability across EBOs.
• Prepare Delivery Challans (DCs) and monitor Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Track pending orders, dispatches, and incoming stock. 2.
Inventory & Stock Coordination
• Monitor stock availability against store requirements and planograms.
• Identify stock shortages and coordinate replenishment.
• Manage inter-store stock transfers, returns, and related documentation.
• Support new-store openings through store setup coordination and opening-stock planning. 3.
MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on orders, dispatches, inventory, and stock movement.
• Track order status, fill rates, and pending dispatches.




• Maintain accurate operational data and records.
• Support product performance analysis and stock-planning activities. 4.
ERP/CRM & Documentation
• Update and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.
• Upload planograms and product information as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, billing documentation, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational reports and trackers. 5.
Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Territory Managers, retail stores, warehouse, merchandising, production, and Accounts teams.
• Follow up on operational requests and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure smooth communication between stores and internal departments. Skills and experience required:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Commerce, Business Administration, or Retail Management is preferred.
• Experience in retail backend operations, inventory management, order processing, or MIS is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
