Direct experience with Power 9 and Power 10 server hardware. ● Engineering Mindset: Proven track record of personally designing, architecting, and implementing complex engineering solutions—not just performing routine tasks like file system creation or user administration. 2. High-Performance File Systems (GPFS / Spectrum Scale) and VIOS Administration ● Strong hands-on engineering experience with GPFS / IBM Spectrum Scale v4.2 or higher (v5.x preferred). ● Demonstrated understanding of GPFS architecture, multi-node cluster deployment, storage performance tuning, and version compatibility across AIX releases.
