• What we’re looking for:Proven experience with skincare, beauty, or personal-care brands.
• Strong D2C and e-commerce growth experience.
• Experience building Meta Ads campaigns from scratch.
• Expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads, creative testing, retargeting, and scaling.
• Robust understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates,



and profitability.
• Ability to develop winning ad creatives, hooks, and performance-driven strategies.
