About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Quick Commerce growth specialist to support our rapid-delivery platform operations (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now).
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Quick Commerce Operations like Create & update product catalogues, inventory availability, promotions and sponsor ads • Monitor and report key operational metrics (stockouts, fill rates, turnaround time). • Identify and flag operational or inventory issues to senior management for corrective action. • Connect to support team for all issues (outstanding payments, purchase order correction / request)
Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 1.years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce, e-commerce business & operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field. ( Previous Exp in Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cataloging and reporting. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Willing to travel within India to meet Quick Com category team • Chance to grow within the Quick Commerce / E-commerce operations domain.
