Job Summary: Responsible for providing qualified food and beverage service to guests while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards in the restaurant and other assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide courteous food and beverage service.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
- Follow hotel hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
- Follow instructions from the F&B; Supervisor and Manager.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service and table setup.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Understanding of personal hygiene and food safety.
- Basic communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of menu items and order-taking procedures is preferred.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum qualification: 10th or Intermediate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Hotel management qualification or relevant experience is an advantage.
Reporting To: F&B; Supervisor / F&B; Manager
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
