Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing daily production operations on the shop floor. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The Production Supervisor coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages resources, and resolves operational issues to keep production running smoothly. The role also involves training and guiding production staff, maintaining documentation,



and reporting performance metrics to management. The supervisor is expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to optimizing processes and reducing downtime. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff development.
• Candidates should possess experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to manage timelines, capacity, and workflow.
• Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities to oversee daily operations, quality checks, and adherence to safety standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and other departments.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to analyze production data and use basic computer applications or ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in fast-paced operational settings.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
