Job Summary Kofteci Foodkrafts is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused F&B; Associates for its fine-dining restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.




• Promote menu items and support upselling to improve sales.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service. Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine dining or premium restaurants.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and table etiquette.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude.
• Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
