Role Description The Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Veritas Grand in Sanand. This position oversees day-to-day hotel operations within assigned areas, ensuring high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising frontline staff, coordinating shift schedules, monitoring guest check-in and check-out processes, and handling guest queries or issues in a timely, professional manner. The Supervisor collaborates with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage,



and maintenance teams to maintain smooth operations and consistent service quality. The role also involves training team members, enforcing hotel policies, supporting inventory control, and reporting operational updates and incidents to management. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional communication.
• Experience in hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, or food and beverage) is highly preferred.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in daily operations.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and operational issues calmly and effectively.
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and hotel management or reservation software.
• Relevant education in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments is beneficial.
