We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Idea Management, and Agile/PPM-related capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow SPM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SPM applications, including Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, forms, lists, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, notifications, and automation.
• Configure SPM data models, hierarchies, scoring, prioritization, and portfolio structures.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Improve process efficiency, reporting, dashboards, and portfolio visibility.
• Participate in testing, deployment, data migration, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.
• Ensure platform standards and governance are maintained.



Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM / Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Idea Management.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and executive dashboards.
• Familiarity with enterprise portfolio, project, and resource planning processes.
