Role Overview The Program Manager – Agri Operations will lead and drive end-to-end agricultural programs, ensuring operational excellence, farmer engagement, productivity, quality, and scalability. The role requires a strategic and execution-oriented leader with deep experience in managing large-scale multilocational agricultural operations, farmer ecosystems, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring alignment between agricultural operations and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee end-to-end agricultural operations across multiple locations, covering crop planning, cultivation, harvesting, post-harvest activities, and overall operational performance. 2. Conduct frequent farm visits to monitor field operations, assess crop performance, identify challenges, and provide strategic guidance to ensure effective on-ground execution. 3. Bridge farm-level execution with office-based planning and decision-making by analysing field data, operational reports, and performance metrics to drive effective and timely actions. 4. Promote the adoption of Sustainable agricultural practices and appropriate technologies, including sustainable practices,



and data-driven approaches to improve farm performance. 5. Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, sales, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure resource availability, operational readiness, and alignment of farm output with business requirements. 6. Identify and proactively communicate to customers on progress and risks related to climate, crop performance, manpower, resources, market conditions, and supply disruptions to ensure business continuity. Preferred Skills
• Proven ability to manage large-scale agricultural programs and farmer ecosystems across multiple locations, with strong expertise in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid expertise in end-to-end agri-operations, crop productivity, field execution, strategic planning, analytical decision-making, and cost optimization. Exposure to Agri-tech, sustainable farming, aggregators, or contract farming is an added advantage.

Experience:
10+ Years Qualification: Any Degree, But B.
Sc./M.
Sc. in Agriculture are preferable
