15–18+ Years (5+ years in Executive Delivery Leadership) Role Overview Intellect Design Arena is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to lead tier-1 global banking transformations. You will hold end-to-end P&L;, operational, and commercial accountability for multi-million-dollar engagements while serving as the primary delivery lead for client C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities
• P&L; & Account Ownership: Lead global delivery execution, protect gross margins, and manage milestone billing for strategic BFSI accounts.
• CXO Engagement: Act as the primary executive escalation point and lead client steering committee reviews.
• Agile Leadership: Enforce SAFe® and Scrum governance across cross-functional engineering, cloud, and QA teams.




• Tech Transformation: Oversee enterprise rollouts across Cloud (AWS/Azure), Microservices, Data Warehousing, and AI/GenAI integrations. Key Qualifications
•

Experience:
15+ years in software delivery with 5+ years in executive delivery leadership (Director / AVP / Sr. Program Director).
• Domain: Core Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets.
• Certifications (Mandatory): Active PMP® AND PSM / CSM.
• Methodology: Proven execution under Secure® (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Technical Origin: Strong background in Cloud Architecture, Microservices, or Data Engineering.
