Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku, Apex (Sync/Async), LWC/Aura, and Flows.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events.
- Expertise in Git/GitHub, branching strategies, PR reviews, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Dev Hub, Scratch Orgs, sandbox management, data masking, seeding, backups, and restoration.
- Design scalable solutions, manage production issues, perform RCA, and implement release runbooks and rollback strategies.
- Ensure Salesforce security and compliance (CRUD/FLS/Sharing), bulkification, governor limits, automated testing, and controlled deployments.
