We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our Indore branch.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations of the Indore branch.
• Drive admissions, sales, revenue, and business growth for the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales/counselling team.
• Set monthly targets and ensure achievement of admission and revenue goals.
• Handle student counselling and support the team in converting leads into admissions.
• Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
• Develop local marketing and business development strategies to increase branch visibility.
• Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and other local organizations for partnerships and lead generation.




• Ensure excellent student experience and maintain strong relationships with existing students.
• Track branch performance through regular reports and MIS.
• Handle staff performance, attendance, training, and team discipline.
• Identify market opportunities and competitor activities in the Agra region.
• Coordinate with the central management team for branch-level requirements and strategies. Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, business development, education, training, or EdTech.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valuable understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversions.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and take data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates with experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.
• Local knowledge of the Indore market will be an added advantage.
