Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and share client updates.
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and escalations in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Support client retention and revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives. Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 6 months–1 year of relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
