Role Description The Area Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Nanded. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations within the assigned territory, including managing distribution activities, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers and partners. This role involves supervising and supporting field teams, setting performance targets, and reviewing sales and operational reports to drive efficiency and growth. The Area Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders, address escalated issues, and ensure service standards are met.



Additional responsibilities include coordinating with senior management on regional strategies, implementing company policies, and identifying opportunities to improve market coverage and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Proven experience in area management, sales management, or distribution operations, preferably in alcobrewerages or FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder relationship building.
• Ability to analyze sales and operational data, prepare reports, and make data-informed decisions.
• Solid understanding of local markets in Maharashtra and familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
• High level of self-organization, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work on-site in Parbhani.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort using basic office and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with ERP or distribution management systems is a plus.
