Job Description:

We are looking for experienced FP&A; professionals with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.

- Perform variance analysis to compare actuals against budgets and forecasts.

- Develop financial models and management reports.

- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.

- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide financial insights.





- Coordinate with business stakeholders for financial data and reporting.

Required Skills:

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.

- Strong knowledge of financial modelling and variance analysis.

- Excellent MS Excel skills.

- Positive communication and analytical skills.

- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other financial tools is an added advantage.

RequirementsRequirements:

- 4-9 years of experience in BPO

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ICWA/CA

- Proficiency in French, German, and Italian

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of Financial Period End Process and Financial Reporting on Oracle applications
