Role Description As a Technical Trainer (Fresher) at FACE Prep, you will deliver engaging classroom sessions and labs that help students build core technical and job-readiness skills. You will explain complex concepts in a clear manner, guide learners through practice problems and projects, and provide timely feedback on their performance. The role includes preparing training materials, updating content based on industry trends, and collaborating with senior trainers to refine curricula. You will also support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, assessments,



and placement-focused activities such as mock interviews and test preparation. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in core technical areas relevant to entry-level tech jobs (for example: programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, databases, or web technologies).
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, design simple examples, and guide learners through problem-solving step by step.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage classroom interactions and encourage participation.
• Basic familiarity with placement processes, aptitude concepts, and interview preparation for software and IT roles is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to deliver content, share resources, and track learner progress.
• Demonstrated interest in teaching, mentoring, or facilitation through projects, college activities, or internships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with a training team, and adapt to structured schedules and program timelines.
