Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The role involves managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards. The Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace issues, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating training initiatives, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and preparing HR reports and analytics for management. Qualifications




• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices in line with local labor regulations.
• Strong skills in HR administration, including maintaining personnel records, handling payroll inputs, and managing benefits and attendance systems.
• Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to support employees and leadership effectively.
• Experience in training coordination, talent development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Comfort with HR software and MS Office tools, with the ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and HR metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced HR certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
