Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources functions within Anant Tech Infra. This position involves managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The HR Manager will handle performance management processes, support employee development initiatives, and coordinate training programs aligned with organizational goals. Daily tasks include addressing employee relations issues, maintaining HR records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.



The role also requires fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and collaborating with management to support business growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding to support staffing needs in a growing construction and engineering environment.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, performance management, and employee relations to ensure fair and consistent people practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR compliance, labor law understanding, and documentation to maintain accurate records and regulatory adherence.
• Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, employee engagement, and organizational development to support learning and a positive workplace culture.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR software, MS Office, and basic data analysis to manage HR operations and reporting.
• Relevant experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM or equivalent) is an advantage.
