Role Description The Operations Center Manager at Manipal Clinic-Cuttack is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the fertility center. This full-time, in office role is based in Bhubaneswar and includes managing patient flow, coordinating appointments, and supporting staff scheduling to maintain high-quality service delivery. The manager will monitor operational performance, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role includes close collaboration with medical, nursing, and support teams,



managing vendor relationships, and overseeing inventory and facility readiness. The Operations Center Manager will also handle reporting, basic budgeting oversight, and support patient experience initiatives to align operations with Santaan’s standards of care and compassion. Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare or clinic operations management, with a focus on patient flow, scheduling, and front-office coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple operational priorities efficiently.
• Leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to analyze operational data, prepare reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with medical teams and interact sensitively with patients and families.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare compliance, safety protocols, and quality standards; experience in fertility or reproductive health is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; relevant certifications in operations or hospital administration are beneficial.
