We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our innovative development team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge applications, ensuring their seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Application Development: Collaborate with the team to design and develop our state-of-the-art applications using the .
NET framework for the backend and ReactJS for the user interface. You will play a vital role in creating reliable and efficient software solutions.
• Bug Fixing and Optimization: Take ownership of identifying and resolving bugs in the application code, ensuring smooth operation and a superior user experience. Continuously optimize the codebase to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Scrum Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum meetings, contributing to effective communication and coordination among team members. You may occasionally lead these meetings to ensure progress is on track.
• Team Management: Coordinate with multiple Scrum teams during the development process,



fostering collaboration and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze product specifications and provide valuable insights to shape high-quality features and improvements.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize Azure cloud services for application deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability in the cloud environment.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Power BI to analyze data, create reports, and provide valuable insights to guide data-driven decision-making.
• Deployment and Version Control: Work with ADO build and deploy pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient application releases. Utilize version control systems to manage code changes effectively.
• Agile Project Management: Utilize Scrum ADO boards to manage and track project tasks and progress, enabling the team to work collaboratively towards project milestones.

Demonstrated experience as a Software Developer, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the .
NET framework for backend development and ReactJS for frontend development. Familiarity with Cosmos DB for database management is a plus.

Experience:
Experience working with Azure cloud services and deploying applications on the Azure platform.
