Experience:

Salary:
Negotiable, based on experience and skills QUALIFICATION MBA in Human Resource Management or a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage recruitment, resume screening, and interview coordination. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records. Monitor attendance and leave management, and coordinate payroll activities. Maintain employee data and HR records in the ERP system. Support employee engagement, grievance handling,



and general HR administration. Maintain HR policies and statutory compliance records. Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals, and HR reporting. REQUIRED SKILLS 2–5 years of relevant HR experience. Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee documentation. Experience using ERP systems for HR data management. Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
