We’re hiring 4 SDRs at Pump ? Pump.co is a group buying platform for cloud and AI. Over $1B in annual spend flows through Pump across 2,500+ customers. We help companies save more, understand every dollar they spend, and secure their cloud stack, all at no direct cost to them. Our go-to-market team has real momentum right now, and we need more firepower to capitalize on it. We’re adding 4 SDRs to build out our outbound engine and work closely with sales, marketing, and account management. What you’ll do:
• Find and qualify current business through outbound calls, emails,s and social outreach
• Run discovery conversations and book demos and meetings for the sales team
• Manage and nurture your lead pipeline, and keep the CRM accurate
• Share what you’re hearing from the market so we can sharpen our messaging and conversion
• What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of B2B business development, inside sales,es or lead generation experience (B2B SaaS, cloud,oud or tech services is a plus)
• Conscientiousness above all. You do what you say and say what you do. To me,



that’s the most important trait an SDR can have.
• Comfortable building relationships over time with director-level and senior stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain value clearly
• At ease with CRM and sales tools, multiple priorities, and targets
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,ting or a related field, or equivalent experience
• How we sell: We don’t spray and pray. We lead with value, do our homework on every account, and make sure Pump is in the consideration set when the timing is right. Compensation: ? ₹9 LPA fixed + ₹8–9 LPA variable ?
