• Surgical Apparels & Drapes Our solutions cater to hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions, supporting comprehensive infection prevention and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and market penetration for the complete 360° Infection Prevention portfolio.
• Develop relationships with surgeons, infection control teams, OT/CSSD staff, purchase teams and hospital management.
• Conduct product promotions, demonstrations, trials and CMEs with clinical and marketing teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and develop sustainable business.
• Identify new business opportunities, key accounts and institutional tie-ups.
• Manage distributors, secondary sales, product availability and collections.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain CRM updates,



sales reports and pipeline tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices. Candidate Profile

Experience:
2–6 years in Medical Devices, Wound Care, Infection Control, Surgical Disposables or Hospital Solutions. Qualification:
• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred. Skills & Competencies:
• Strong hospital sales and key account management skills.
• Understanding of OT, ICU and infection control protocols.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Result-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. ?
