Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Developer and Support Analyst based in the Mumbai, with a mix of in office and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves
• Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Create and maintain triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and asynchronous Apex.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex code, as well as performing Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, and data integrity.




• The Salesforce Developer and Support Analyst collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• The role also involves participating in releases, documenting technical changes, and staying current with Salesforce best practices and platform updates. Qualifications
• Strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including Apex programming and integration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including user management, security, data management, and workflow automation.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues, provide user support, and manage change requests in a structured manner.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications PD 1 certificate is a mandate.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control tools, and release management processes is an advantage.
