• Maintain and monitor the IT infrastructure deployed at the call center.
• Experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, server management, or cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience in server and application hosting.
• Should have experience in cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of application hosting, server monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cloud security, access management, firewalls, patch management, and vulnerability management.
• Experience coordinating with CSPs and external technical support teams.
• Ability to prepare SLS/SLA reports and monitor service availability and performance.
• Robust troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Prepare and maintain Service Level Status (SLS) reports. Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a System Administrator.




• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and related services.
• Hands-on experience in cloud migration and AD integration.
• Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, etc.).
• Should have experience in database like MySQL
• Solid understanding of networking, encryption, identity management, and cloud security practices.
• Familiarity with server hosting, application management, and mobile app deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in a call center, BPO, or IT-enabled services environment (preferred)
• Experience in Linux and Windows server performance and security compliance Qualification: BE / B.
