Role Description The Proprietor is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Greater Indore Area, responsible for overseeing all aspects of M N T ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS’ operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, supervising electrical projects, coordinating schedules and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The role involves handling budgeting, vendor coordination, procurement of materials, and maintaining accurate records of work orders, invoices, and project documentation. The Proprietor will lead and guide technicians or support staff, resolve technical and operational issues,



and monitor service quality and customer feedback. This position also requires identifying recent business opportunities, preparing quotations, and supporting the growth and reputation of the company in the local market. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong electrical domain knowledge, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and commercial systems.
• Candidates should possess operational and business management abilities, such as project coordination, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
• Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills for handling client inquiries, negotiating terms, and maintaining professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills for record-keeping, preparing quotations, and managing work orders and reports.
• Relevant experience in electrical services or contracting, with familiarity with local safety codes and regulatory standards, is highly beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Indore Area for site visits and client meetings as needed.
