As we prepare to open, we are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team and help shape the guest experience from the very beginning. Role Overview We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-presented Hostess who will serve as the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for their experience at The Frame. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a guest-first approach, and the ability to manage the reception area while ensuring smooth guest flow across all four floors.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression through qualified and personalised hospitality.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Front-of-House team to ensure smooth seating arrangements and seamless guest flow across all four floors.
• Introduce guests to The Frame’s concept, explaining the distinct atmosphere and experience offered on each floor.
• Provide information about the restaurant’s menu, dining experience, and offerings.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
• Communicate reservations, special requests,



and guest preferences to the relevant team members.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception and entrance area.
• Assist with special events, private bookings, and guest coordination as required.
• Follow established service standards, grooming guidelines, and restaurant SOPs to ensure a consistent guest experience. Qualifications & Requirements
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hosting, guest relations, or Front-of-House operations, preferably in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine-dining establishment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, welcoming, and guest-focused personality with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests.
• Experience handling reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and guest seating is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, menus, and dining etiquette.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional grooming, a confident presence, and a polished approach to guest interactions.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
