Role Description: The Export Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for managing day-to-day export processes and documentation. The role involves preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with suppliers, buyers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments. The executive will track orders, monitor shipment status,



and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and company requirements. Daily tasks include handling customer queries related to export orders, resolving operational issues, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across stakeholders. The role also includes supporting compliance with export regulations, optimizing process efficiency, and contributing to Aaroha’s structured, process-driven sourcing approach.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and related compliance procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in Import/Export Operations, including Export and Import handling and coordination.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage buyer communication and issue resolution effectively.
• Candidates should possess abilities in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and vendor management.
• Relevant experience in export operations, international trade, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
